Odetta is a great realtor. She helped us buy our 1st home which was overwhelming in itself. But with Odetta guiding us through the process, taking us to visit potential homes around the clock and her patience – she definitely provided us with outstanding realtor knowledge and service. We purchased our house in Nov 2013 with all the amenities we desired. Just when we thought it was going to be a long and drawn out process, it wasn’t because Odetta followed up with all the parties involved to ensure progress and action was being taken. We couldn’t have hired a better realtor who truly put you 1st.

I had a very rough time with a prior real estate agency where we went over 4 months only viewing 2 houses, but when I found Odetta we clicked and she understood that I wanted certain amenities in a house, wasn't going to just settle, and made sure she showed me those meeting or approaching that standard. I was VERY picky and she understood that I was the one who had to live there, not her. She was thorough, explained every question I had, and when I needed help finding others to assist me with the process (quotes for services, mortgage company, lawyer, etc.) she was right in there! Odetta is very knowledgeable and opened my eyes up to looking in different areas and with looking at types of houses that I had ruled out in my mind. Although I didn't chose them I learned that you really can't judge a house by the outside or the words on a website listing.
One of the best things I liked was that she was available to answer my 101 questions or complaints day or night and she was always accessible and flexible with her schedule.She also did a GREAT job with staying on top of the sellers' realtor and making sure things were getting done as they were supposed to.
Odetta was able to calm me down after having an exhausting search for houses and 2 under contract that fell through, 1 of those being mere days before closing. That was a very devastating blow, but in the end proved to be the best thing that happened. There were times when I wanted to throw in the towel but she continued to encourage me. I would definitely recommend her as a realtor and am VERY satisfied with the house I ended up buying. She develops a great working relationship, is friendly, personable, and is a down to earth person. I will 100% surely choose her when I look to buy again. Thanks for everything Odetta!

Odetta has been an absolutely excellent resource for me. She clearly loves her job. She was professional, dynamic, knowledgeable, and indefatigable when it came to my home that I live in to date. She made me feel like I were her only client. She was on top of every issue and detail until it was satisfactory to everyone. We were able to complete much of the paperwork electronically. From start to finish, she was extremely professional and competent; I would use her again in a heartbeat

Odetta Jasper is by far the greatest agent I've ever worked with. This is an individual who takes great pride in ensuring that her clients are happy in their search and eventual find. I was a scared, first-time buyer and she made the process seem effortless, She is responsible and honest with the greatest of integrity. She can be depended on to be there where and many times (with me) where you want her. She is extremely patient and very responsive to your needs. I had a million questions; called her a million times, and not once was she not available for me. Sometimes late at night. Nor did she ever expressed annoyance towards me.
She walked me through the whole process by explaining each and every step of the way. She provided advice and guidance at every turn. We looked at dozens of homes and in each house, knowing what I was looking for, she pointed out both the good and the bad. Too that I am grateful.
When I decided on my current home (which I love) she made sure we went through every nook and cranny of the home. She recommended upgrades if there were needed and was always on point with the potential costs of such improvements.
I don't intend to sell my home any time soon, but if I had to, I would call on Ms Jasper because I know she would provide the same caring attitude, patience, dependability and above all honesty. There is no better choice. Oh! I almost forgot, when it came to negotiations, she was responsible for me getting my house at a cost under my budget. You can't beat the knowledge and expertise that she has in this field. Trust me, you won't regret it.

My father home was on the market for over a year when listed with another agency. After contacting Odetta the house sold in just over 6 months. I was about to give up and lease the house when Odetta found a buyer and negotiated a fair market price for the property. I highly recommend her if you have property to sell, buy or lease.

I prayed for an angel and god sent me odetta. she is the most helpful, honest, loyal, experienced, caring, loving, and knowledgeable agent i've ever used (and i've used quite a few in my home search)! i was searching for a home for almost 3 years using unprofessional, cheating realtors; but when i found odetta, my dreams came true and she found my dream home for me in less than 2 months! the words i use to describe her aren't good enough to dictate her greatness, because she is truly awesome--i'm glad i found her and wish her nothing but success and many, many blessings from god! keep doing what you do odetta! we truly love and appreciate you!

Odetta did a fantastic job in the selling of my home, she completely took control and told me everything that I needed to do. She was always available to answer my questions.
The Sale went very quickly. I couldn't have asked for a more professional Real Estate person.

Odetta listed my home and she has been great, especially compared to the last realtor i had. Odetta always call and give me updates, buyers and realtors feedback about my home. She has gone far and beyound what the average realtor has done. I would refer her to my family & friends.
